How Duello's translation game works

Every round follows the same simple rhythm, easy to learn on turn one, hard to master by turn ten.

01

Get the sentence

It's your turn. Everyone sees an original sentence, you're the one who has to translate it into your chosen language, live, in front of the group.

02

Translate on the spot

Speak your best translation before time runs out in this turn based language game. No dictionaries, no do-overs, just you and what you actually know.

03

Vote on translations

The correct translation is revealed to the room. Everyone else votes on how close you got, nail it and climb the scoreboard.
